As a service provider in the BPO and call center industry, we recognize the importance of safeguarding the personal data of our clients, their customers, our employees, and job applicants, as well as the visitors to this website.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect personal information, both through this website and within the scope of the services we provide. Questions about this policy can be sent to info@nrtbpo.com.
Website visitors. When you browse this website, our hosting provider and analytics tools may automatically record technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device type, the pages you viewed, the time of your visit and the page that referred you. This information is used in aggregate to keep the site running and understand how it is used.
Form submissions. When you complete a form on this website, we collect the information you choose to provide, which may include your name, business name, email address, mobile phone number, the services you are interested in, and any message you write to us. If you check the SMS consent box on our form, we also record that you did so, along with the date and time and the consent language you agreed to.
Information handled in the course of our services. Separately from this website, we collect personal information that is necessary for providing our services, operating our business, and complying with legal obligations. This may include names, contact details, customer account information, communication logs, call recordings, and employment-related data such as resumes, background information, and performance records. The information we gather helps us deliver professional contact center services, manage staffing needs, conduct training, ensure quality assurance, and provide coaching to meet the expectations of our clients. Where we process personal information on behalf of a client, we do so under that client's instructions and the terms of our service agreement.
Personal information collected by NRT BPO is used solely for business purposes. These purposes include:
We may share personal information with clients who engage our services, ensuring that such information is disclosed only for purposes related to the services we provide. We also work with carefully selected third-party vendors who support our operations under strict confidentiality agreements. For this website and our form, those vendors include the customer relationship management (CRM) platform where your submission is stored, our website hosting provider, and the email and messaging providers we use to reply to you. Each of them processes your information only on our behalf, only for the purpose of providing their service to us, and under confidentiality obligations.
When required by law or regulatory authorities, we may disclose information in accordance with applicable regulations, including to respond to lawful requests, protect our rights, or protect the safety of any person.
NRT BPO does not sell personal information to third parties under any circumstances. Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent information are excluded from any sharing with third parties for their own marketing purposes, as described in the next section.
NRT BPO LLC offers a text messaging program ("NRT BPO Alerts") used for conversational follow-up on your inquiry, scheduling and confirming consultation calls, service updates, and occasional offers. This section describes how the program works and how we treat your mobile information.
How you opt in. You opt in by checking the SMS consent box on our website form. That box is unchecked by default; we do not pre-check it, and you can submit the form without checking it. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from NRT BPO LLC.
Message frequency and cost. Message frequency varies depending on your inquiry and the conversation. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan.
How to opt out. Reply STOP to any message to cancel at any time. After you send STOP, you will receive one final confirmation message and we will not send you further texts unless you opt in again. You may also opt out by emailing info@nrtbpo.com.
How to get help. Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or email info@nrtbpo.com.
How we treat your mobile information. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use-case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with or sold to any third parties.
Carriers. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

To protect the personal information in our care, we implement a combination of administrative, technical, and physical security measures designed to prevent unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. These include access controls, staff training on the handling of private information, and confidentiality obligations for our team and our vendors. These measures are regularly reviewed and updated to reflect industry standards and best practices.
